1Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "ba999", "platform", or "we" refers to the online gaming service operated under the domain ba999-login.cam. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

These terms and conditions apply to all members residing in Bangladesh who use the ba999 platform. Casino games, sports betting, live casino, and all other services are covered under these terms. In addition to these general terms, each bonus or promotion may have its own specific conditions that supplement them.

2Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with ba999, a member must provide true, accurate, and complete information about themselves. Registering with false or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time and the balance being forfeited.

• Each person may operate only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• The mobile number and email provided during account registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• The account password must never be shared with any third party.

2.2 Identity Verification

ba999 may at any time request a National ID (NID), birth certificate, or other government-issued document to verify a member's identity. If documents are not provided in time, withdrawals or other services may be temporarily suspended. Large withdrawal amounts may not be processed until identity verification is complete.

3Age Requirement

At the time of registration, members must declare that they are over 21 years of age. ba999 reserves the right to verify this information. If it is found that a member created an account while under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

ba999 takes the necessary technical measures to keep minors away from gaming. Members are also personally responsible for ensuring that underage members of their household cannot access the platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ba999 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank). Only deposits from a mobile banking account or bank account in the member's own name are accepted — funds sent through a third party will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must also be made through the same methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• ba999 reserves the right to delay review of withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.
• To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering regulations is mandatory for all members.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The ba999 welcome bonus is 120% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning ৳1,200 in bonus requires a total wagering of ৳18,000.

Another example: a deposit of ৳16,800 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,800 and a wagering requirement of ৳10,000 × 15 = ৳1,50,000.

• The account must be fully verified before claiming the bonus.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once per account.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5.2 Other Promotions

6VIP Program

The ba999 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit, calculated at a set rate on the member's net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

• Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver tier: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold tier: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. VIP tier advancement is determined based on a member's activity and contribution to the platform.

Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. Cashback can be withdrawn directly or used on the next bet — no additional wagering requirement applies.

7Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited, and such activity will result in the account being closed:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Attempting to win dishonestly by exploiting weaknesses in any game or betting system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account without permission.
• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or software.
• Impersonating ba999 staff or engaging in fraudulent communications.
• Taking advantage of any technical error on the platform — if such an error is found, support should be informed immediately.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by ba999

ba999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is established.
• If false information is provided during identity verification.
• As an emergency measure to ensure account security.
• Under a government or legal order.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Member

Any member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact ba999 support via live chat or email. Once a closure request is received, arrangements will be made to return any verifiable balance.

9Limitation of Liability

ba999 always works to ensure the technical reliability of the platform. However, ba999 is not liable in the following situations:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to an internet connection failure.
• If there is a problem with a third-party game provider's server.
• If loss occurs due to issues with the member's own device or network.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, government orders, or cyberattacks.

ba999's services are operated in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. In the event of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction of Bangladesh courts will apply.

10Privacy and Data Protection

ba999 treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. The information you provide — name, mobile number, email, identity document details — is used solely for platform operation and identity verification.

Members' personal information is not sold or shared with third parties — except where required by law. ba999 uses SSL encryption and other security measures to protect data.

11Dispute Resolution
